Ayant fait une recherche sur le Curl Bamboo avec Copernic, je me suis dit que ce serait sympa de copier les commentaires trouvés pour vous les faire partager.
Les commentaires sont en anglais, en français et en allemand.
Certains sont commerciaux et d'autres sont des avis d'utilisateurs ou de testeurs.
N'hésitez pas à compléter la liste...

Bamboo Curl is definately the most dangerous of long pimples featured in the Curl series. It has a unique rubber top sheet composition which causes highly disturbing effects on the ball in defensive play. Your opponent will find this a very difficult surface to play against!

The TSP Bamboo Curl P1 long pimples was rumoured to be the rubber that Joo used when he came second in the World Champions, did he really use that I don't know. This is also a "frictionless" rubber, yet it has grooves on the top of the pimple. However if you brush your fingers over the pimples it really feels like anti rubber

Unlike Super Block, this rubber is not dead, it is just anti-spin, so it will not produce dead balls and when blocking loops, it could still easily go long if you are not careful

However, I actually find the Bamboo to be more wobbly than Super Block. The trajectory is also more abnormal, when you get a handle of how to control the rubber, you can make the ball dive down quickly, kick left or right, or just very floaty/wobbly

I someone were to ask me what is the wobbliest LP rubber around, I would say it is the Bamboo
This rubber also normally returns the ball with great spin continuation, ie, if someone loops a heavy topspin, this returns a heavy bottom spin, not as much as Super Block, but much much more than 755.

However, I have seen some experts users who are able to vary the spin continuation, so a heavy loop doesn't always result in a heavy backspin, so one has to watch out for that.

I also feel that the speed coming from this rubber is non-linear, it you hit softly, it is very very soft, when you hit right and hit hard the attacks are very very fast and has a good downwards kick, quick dangerous attacks really. Normally I don't expect slower LP to have such topspeed
All in all, I think this is a more versatile LP than Super Block, and you can do more tricks with it. For penholders, I would strongly recommend this over Super Block. For shakehand, you'd have to try out both and see what suits you. Both are very funny, but in different manners. If you intend to sometimes chop, than Bamboo is probably a better choice. To make a good chop with Super Block is difficult

Pimples out. The Bamboo Curl P1 is an extremely dangerous long pimple rubber which gives a very disturbing effect.

The most effective of the current range of TSP rubbers. A unique composition of rubber produces additionall effect.

Good for chopping loops mid distance from table. Quite hard to control and master, as chops tend to go long/high at the start (especially when out of place)

Die glatte Oberfläche ermöglicht unangenehme Block- und Schupfbälle. Die Kontrolle ist gut und auf Schnitt können dank der weichen Noppen leicht Flatterbälle erzeugt werden. Da die Noppenköpfe nicht ganz so (extrem) glatt sind, wie bei anderen glatten Belägen (vgl. Fakir von Joola) und die Noppen leicht wegknicken, kann eingeschränkt und für den Gegner gefährlich gekontert und/oder geschossen werden. Mit dickem Schwamm sind extrem unangenehme und schnelle Blockbälle möglich.

In der Schnittabwehr kann viel Unterschnitt erzeugt werden. Hier empfielt sich die OX-Version oder ein dünner Schwamm, da der Bamboo so für den klassischen Abwehrspieler sehr gut kontrollierbar ist. Dank der nicht ganz glatten Noppenoberfläche lassen sich gezielt leichte Schnittwechsel erzeugen. Hier hat der Bamboo prinzipielle Vorteile gegenüber spiegelglatten Noppen. Klassische Defensivspieler bevorzugen in der Regel griffige Noppen mit nicht zu dünnem Schwamm. Ist dies ein Widerspruch zur oben erwähnten Empfehlung (OX oder dünner Schwamm)? Nein, denn durch die mehr oder weniger glatte Oberfläche des Belages gelten hier andere "Regeln".

Fazit: Der Bamboo eignet sich hervorragend für das Allroundspiel und ist ideal für klassisch agierende Defensivspieler die glatten Noppen verwenden möchten. Dank der nicht ganz glatten Oberfläche sind schöne Schnittwechsel und variantenreiche Schläge möglich (Empfehlung OX oder 0,5 mm Schwamm). Reine Block und Störspieler, die sich nur auf die Schnittumkehr verlassen sollten sich auch einmal andere glatte Noppenbeläge anschauen. Mit dickem Schwamm ist er eine Waffe für den kompromisslosen Blockspieler.
